Jhene Aiko’s range is bigger than shown here. As for low notes, Aiko hits an A2 in While We’re Young (it’s harmonized and hard to hear, but there.) There’s a D3 and C#3 in her song Jukai. She hits it when she sings “don’t come, don’t come searching for me.” As for high notes, Jhene Aiko hits G#5’s in Psilocybin, hits Bb5’s and B5’s in OLLA, C6’s in Above and Beyond, 3:16 AM, and One Way St. In Bad Trip, Aiko does some high runs and riffs in the background ranging from E5 - F6. If you listen closely, you hear her vocals.

A2 is just her lead vocal lowered an octave, commonly done by producers. I highly doubt she could reach this note
D3 I can't clearly make out a C#3, but I do think I hear a D3 on the word "for". Good catch 
G#5 Where are these notes? Can I get some time stamps to evaluate them?
B5 I've already put this in the spoiler section since I got the feeling the vox might be from some sample pack or free plug-in. I can't confirm it's really Jhene. Also they're quite brief
C6 Are any of these actually sung? If they are anything like the shrieked C6 in "2 Minute Warning" I would end up spoiling them all
E5-F6 You can't convince me those aren't just instruments/synths

The C#3 is brief and just before the “you don’t get to die until you get it right” and the Bb5’s and B5’s aren’t from the sample, they’re from Jhene’s whoops. They don’t sound forced or screamed. The E5 - F6 runs are heavily auto tuned and harmonized with synths (look at MICO’s video on her to know more. That’s how I know she can go as low and high as she did.

His Aailyah live range video almost all the notes were off, some by a whole octave (talking about normal range notes, not highs). On top of that he's extremely aggressive towards anyone who calls him out on his inaccuracies and engages in near-doxxing behaviour in those circumstances. I'd recommend anyone to stay away as far as possible from his videos or him as a person.

You mean on modern R&B artists and what's not? Qanh Music comes to mind but he overall still covers moreso artists from the 70-90s. I also make videos on R&B singers every now and then although not commonly as recent as Jhene, mostly because I'd want to focus on the legends or underrated singers of the past first.
