Edit: lip synced?? Is that for real or is this just a rumour? Sounds a little strange to me unless someone can truly confirm this.

My understanding is this was 'confirmed' for the Superbowl Halftime show in the 90s for Legs and Tush and has just been in mind ever since. I wouldn't be surprised though, tbh.

Same concert or a different one? Either way, found another video of Billy and "Tush"
