The singer for "nu-metalish" post-grunge band Staind. Lewis is able to use voice to great effect, using it to convey different emotions and techniques ranging from almost painful sounding screams to emotional(!) belting, showing definite influence from Layne Staley, Maynard James Keenan and even Phil Anselmo at odd times. While he may come off as overly "whiny" at times, his dark croon suits Staind's music to a tee and is by far the band's most defining characteristic.
