I'm not disputing what you said or adding anything new here, but here are my thoughts: Friends I think I found a range expansion... Sounds like an B♭5 maybe touching B5, honestly to me sounds okay for counting it. I'm 90 % sure is Manzarek judging by the way we can hear how he's singing on his own vocal line (listen to it for instance since 4:08) and after the background vocal harmonies that appeared on the change of that verse after 4:20 he returns to the voice with that high notes. {Honestly sounds like his usual high screams too, opinions??:}
EDIT: Listening to it with headphones on the phone now I really hear what I think is Ray singing below that notes lol :( now I think I'm really against myself. I thought the B5 (what I hear the pitch as, currently) was Ray too at first, and was going to post that I thought it was thinking that the G4 below wasn't heavy enough to be Ray... but relistening, nevermind, compared to Jim Morrison's bold G4 it seems harder to believe that Jim would have sung the G4. Seems like they have similar vocal placement in terms of pitch, but Jim Morrison still strains more at that pitch, I think due to using a more chest heavy tone. Though maybe in a year you'll come back and think that this is clearly Ray singing the higher line, who knows. {This one I'm also pretty sure is him, sounds like typical shrill intonation he does when he proceed to do a high scream:} Yeah I think this sounds like Ray and I agree with the F#5 pitch you listed this at.
