i personally think that her lower register developed enough to reach a C3.

That sounds either pitchshifted or like a synth. The tone on that E7 is not something a natural E7 would have.

Yeah, there's no C3 there. And I wouldn't call her lower register developed... like in the slightest.

i checked on Melodyne and the entire note shows up like -47 cents of D3, but if you separate them, it shows how it is a D3 (-12 ct) and C♯3 (+33 ct).
so yeah, in my opinion, it has a C♯3.

here's the visual proof of how the C♯3 is there (but probably is fast enough to sound like there's only D3, but I don't think it necessarily invalidates the existence of the C♯3), just in case to have it:

That's not even a nano-note. that's a pico-note.

The note is flat of D and sharp of C♯. Thusly it makes sense to round it to D3, the note she definitely can hit. Plus you'd have to have very lenient standards to count a note that brief.

problem's E6 is more a sharp note so i don't think it's countable

tattooed heart sounds like she wanted to go low but nothing below f#3/g3 if you watch the video with slow speed
