Even as a huge Angra fan, I've never been 100% able to endorse any of their singers as a favorite. Undoubtedly my favorite album vocally is Rebirth, where Edu Falaschi is a total powerhouse (and at that time was great live as well), but I found he got a bit more awkward sounding over time. Andre had the most consistent level of chops, but he tended to sound a bit too thin for my personal tastes a lot of the time. Fabio is pretty fun but I like him a lot more when singing in Italian because I find his diction a bit distracting. My favorite album is hard to say because they're very consistent (I like all of their albums to some extent), but I'll go with Aurora Consurgens as my nostalgic favorite. Very underrated selection of songs there and they do a good job of incorporating more modern progressive metal characteristics into their usual sound on it. How strange that you choose the Aurora Consurgens, many people consider it the worst.

well, im extremely biased towards lione as my favorite singer (not only in angra but one of my favourites period) but i have to agree with temple of shadows being a masterpiece and their best album overall. the lyrics, the story it tells, hansi kursch as a guest for fucks sake! also, the shadow hunter is one of the best songs of all power metal, it has everything.
