Vocal Range: C♯2-E5
Years Active: 1984-Present
Voice Type: Tenor Till The End?
Nationality: English
Known for being firstborn of ex beatle John Lennon, Julian Lennon is an english musician that has incorporated different music genres in his work: since pop, rock, pop-rock, ballads and more.
He was the children John and Cynthia had on their first years of marriage. Few years after when John meets Yoko, their parents broke up. Paul wrote "Hey Jude" for Julian for giving him support and solidarity.
He started at 80s making and composing his music, his most famous worldwide work, Valotte is also his first studio album, which one was realased on 1984.
He never developed his vocal technique until the level his father made, but it's still a good and relaxing music to listen.
Though many people always says Julian's voice is very similar to his father's one, I don't really agree a lot with that. I mean in some sort of vocal soundings looks like he actually got some influencies by his father but I'd also say his vocal style is more inclined to other kind of voices I've heard from english rock music, for example I hear Julian's tone very similar (and probably in fact it actually contributed to influence these other thereafter singers) as Miles Kane from Them Last Show Puppets or the Oasis dudes, just for saying some examples.
He has realased seven albums to the date and many colaborations with other kind of artists here and there through the years; playing for musical genres as pop, rock and roll, blues, ballads, electronic music and others.
