In addition to the F#4s listed in the thread, "Paris" has lead vocal F#4s starting at 3:09, and a G#4 at 3:23.

I have some suggestions for a new voice type name:
- Someone Saved My Life Tenor - Tenor of Babel - Tenorweed Connection - Madman Across the Tenor - Goodbye Tenor Brick Road - Tenor Jackets - Have Mercy on the Tenor - Skyline Tenor - Goodbye Marlon Baritone
(These are all puns realted to the titles of Elton John's songs or albums)

D5 in "Healing Hands". Far from his best note, but i'd say it's countable, especially since it's the last time (IIRC) he went that high:

Seems like Regimental Sgt. Zippo and The Lockdown Sessions haven't been notewatched yet If all goes as planned, my new thread should be out sometime this month or the next month.

Would personally bold these G#4s on "High Flying Bird"
Also, the Bb4s and C#5 from the live "I Heard It Through the Grapevine" are actually A4 and C5, the tape speed is fast. Here's the real speed:
