No wayyy does "Big Dog" only get down to B1 in countable notes. If nothing else, I see no plausible reason not to count the G♯1 here (on "a mighty big DOG and he bites"), and then it sounds like there are also some notes in the A1 area at 1:59. Then from 3:30 to the end there are lots of E1s that deserve some kind of acknowledgment, though I wouldn't be surprised if nobody wants to include those outside of the spoiler. Personally, I would still list them as grey notes, but I'll let the council decide.
I hate how big this would make his range gap, but I'd rather come to terms with that than omit notes that should otherwise be counted.
But yeah, I will die on the hill that "Big Dog" gets down to AT LEAST A1 in countable notes, and at the bare minimum the notes below that (down to E1) should be listed in questionable notes.
