Not gonna lie, I meant to say 1994-1997 hahaha. 1995 is absolutely his best year live and in the studio, if you hear him at Glastonbury 95, every morning glory song could be a studio take. '96 had great performances like Maine Road but his voice started getting wrecked post Knebworth. I would be inclined to include 1997 based on the studio recordings of Be Here Now and concerts like this: youtu.be/oQsSVLTeiO8 but yeah, he started getting extremely unwieldy with his performances and started doing some wreckless screams and shouts - All Around the World at Earls Court being a prime example. I'd take a middle ground and say 1994-1996. That covers the entire Morning Glory tour.

When would people say John Lennon's vocal peak was? IMO, his voice just kinda stayed the same throughout his entire career. I didn’t notice any significant change, but I guess 1963 - 1971 if I had to choose.

I'd agree but would probably say 1965 - 1971 because I think his tonal control and technique improved with Rubber Soul

Zp Theart's vocal peak - 04 - 06 Rob Halford's vocal peak - 78 - 83 (though hes starting to get really good again) Kyo's vocal peak - 2012 - currently Gerard Way's vocal peak - never I'd say that Kyo's vocal first vocal peak was late 2013 (after he recovered from his tonsillectomy) to mid 2017 (ending around Androgynous/Mode Of Macabre) with the particularly rough performance during Mode Of Withering to Death. His vocals do take an upswing during Early to late 2018, leading to the absolutely incredible Mania No Shikkan performance in November of that year, and his fantastic vocal condition during the recording of The Insulated World, but still had recordings of performances that were in his worst vocal condition since 2011. Early 2019 was far from perfect, with the still quite rough live performance featured on the deluxe edition of "The World Of Mercy". Sukekiyo's "Liquifactio" was a notable improvement. I'd say late 2019-Present would be his second “post recovery” peak, with the caveat that his whistle fry is slightly weaker tonally. Despite the occasional bad show, he’s nailing most of them and frequently surpassing the studio versions of new material.

Liam Gallagher 1993 (Mid) -1997 (Mid)
Odd to reply to your own comment but I've revisited this after trawling through countless live performances and would say LG's peak lasted a full 4 years, as signposted by the two linked live performances. The former marks where he started getting on top of high notes with crystal clear delivery and the later marks the last gig where he could navigate the upper end of his range in a sung manner rather than resorting to shouting to get up there and subsequently losing range.

Ronnie James Dio 1963 or 1972 to 2009
Dio from early on to even his old age had an easy time singing in his range, A4 to C5/C#5/D5 just came easy for him, the Elf stuff is very overlooked. from 1976 to 1993 he'd deliver alot of amazing live shows, always adding little extras that you don't expect like high belts to E5. from 1990 onwards he add high screams to his range more E5 to B5, in the 90s he added more distortion also and very impressive stuff. and as his voice aged he adjusted, like using good vowels and better legato in his old age. Dio is a rare kinda singer, very damn consistent.
Geoff Tate 1982 to 1992 (1997 to 2003/2005)

Mickey Jaggerini = 1964-1970
A youthful, engaged voice with a noticeable care for his part. Not abrasive shouting like in the early 70s, his tone was good ever since, and the control caught up quickly, remarkable.
Johnny Lemmonesqua = 1963-1967
Didn't give much of a damn after, already had it made. Raw tone and sincere approach to vocalio is easily audible from the very very start. His basal howls haunt forever.
Paulio MacArthurcartney = 1965-1972
He's a nice bob sibger we all like. Never really done gone bad but his most enthuastiastic wails can only be heard within that time frame.
Pelvis Maron Wesley = 1956-1964, 1968-1969
Nice one. Too big of an impact his voice had left to focus only on the technical things, who cares. The boy paved the way and sounded convincing at it, let him play
The Voice = 1965-2021
Just can't beat it. He'll dumperdunk on any singer, too good and he doesn't even have a thread here haha, dumbledours

Some are kind of unpopular opinions here:
Maynard James Keenan 1991-2007 Great vocal control and tasteful performances throughout this time but around the mid-2000s suffered some vocal damage and start to lose some of his ability to sustain notes carefully and had voice cracks
Jonathan Davis: 1998-2009 While he is more of an emotive raspy singer in earlier performances and not much of a melodic singer, around this time he can actually sing more with his stomach going higher (around A4s to C5s) more comfortably than usual and his energy was unmatched. Due to illness, however, did take some of his ability to go higher in both singing and screaming (he does mostly death growls more) around the start of the 2010s.
Serj Tankian: 1998-2005 His peak and fall are mostly well documented but I mostly don't just blame age but also kind of his lack of interest in singing around the late 2000s
Corey Taylor: 1994-2009 While his alcohol abuse was well documented, he still had a strong baritone voice with a lot of emotion and ferocity. Somewhere around the early 2010s however, he started to sound a lot more tired as a screamer not going high or as pissed as before, and seemed still strong as a singer but not as strong as before

Layne Staley: 1990-1993
I think 1993 specifically was his best year. That year is home to Jar of Flies (It was recorded in late 93) and some live shows such as Glasgow, where he shows the perfect combination of power, versatility, emotional convenance, and creativity.
You could make an argument to squeeze in Mad Season era Layne (94-april 95). Tho I think there is a noticeable drop in power at that point, even in the live shows despite the fact he still sounds quite powerful. He was still great in all other areas and the fantastic song writing certainly helps. After that, Layne might've had some high points, but his voice had clearly been thinning out and he generally struggles on his more demanding songs such as man in the box.

Teddy Pendergrass: 1972-1982. Basically, his entire career before he got paralyzed. After that, Teddy's voice understandably wasn't the same since he got paralyzed from the chest down.
