Five Nights at Freddy's, also known as FNAF, is a popular indie horror franchise made by Scott Cawthon with the first installment being made in 2014. Since then, it has gained a massive fanbase who dissect the confusing-as-fuck lore, create fangames, get in drama, and other such typical fandom activities. Arguably the most popular of these fan works are fan songs connected to the games, some getting tens of millions of views and have widely affected popular internet culture.
