MrToddington brought this potential A5 from "No Sanctuary" to my attention:

I hear it, but I've been going back and forth on it being guitar or voice. However, Todd pointed out that if you play it at half-speed, it sounds pretty convincing as part of the vocal phrase, which I'm inclined to agree with. If that's the case, part of that vocal track may have been punched in or something, cause it sounds like a very brief space between that and sustained A4-B4 at the end of the phrase, but other than that I could buy it.

Anybody else have thoughts they'd like to weigh in?

If we're talking about the A5 at beginning of 5:44, then at 0.25x speed that sounds like a very even guitar note to me. Tate seems to keep singing around E5 and more unevenly.

I think he's talking about 5:56 and that's an A5 for me. If u turn up the volume at max u can hear It more clearly.

I don't hear any kind of A5 during that fade-out, maybe a G5.

It seems to be easier for metal vocalists to keep the thinned out high notes going as they age, than normal chest notes. Axl Rose has a pretty good F#5 on a recent album and David Coverdale is still doing the same thing. I saw a recent clip of him where he went through some ugly high notes and then he went up into a metal high note that sounded much better.
