those F#2-G2 definitely doesn't sound raw.it's like his signature to use that lowered pitch voice. youtu.be/6_GCsQRS3kM?t=3m7sa solid B4 There's an F3 and E3 in Saturday, on the first "life we used to know," E3 in Mulberry Street, and E3, Eb3, and background chest B4 in Bounce Man (there might be more notes in the last chorus, but it's hard to tell. which B4 you mean by bounce man? I can't hear the A5 from lovely btw,i was ok with it before so i think I heard it but can't now.are you sure about that?

k i remember on the discord most ppl say its legit but like they are notrious for they're use of pitch shifting so like im skeptical and they also sounds weird as hell i also remember mr toddington said he isn't even sure if its a voice lmao however i think he gets a legit G2 in bounce man here: youtu.be/p-0JhlhqimI?t=72

I think it's not really impressive.he loves the high D with falsetto tho,he hits it in Saturday and it's not background so more useful. Some say Josh sang that;)

It's not obviously a voice, and there's also the same sound in the previous phrase going down to an E2, which makes me even more doubtful about it.

I think it doesn't make any sense to count F#2's. they obviously are digital sounds, even though Tyler sang them in the first place.

I'm gonna do a thread for Josh after the MTV Unplugged lol. It's a bit unnecessary but unironically I was pretty surprised with his range. I thought he would be simply doing lower octave overdubs but we got a fair amount of variety. So far I got A2-D4 with F4 Falsetto/ Head Voice

Pre-emptively vouching for the E2 in Snap Back. It seems unbelievable but given how heavily he's relying on fry to do it, I do think it's probably him. Doesn't sound pitch shifted to me, and while it's not particularly strong, it's still sustained enough to count imo.

Doesn't sound pitch shifted to me, and while it's not particularly strong, it's still sustained enough to count imo. To me, it sounds like two E3's layered with one of them strongly fry-supported and getting subby, rather than an actual E2. The only time he really goes lower in the passage is at 0:19 where he loses the fry support (and the subby aspect) and touches A2 for a bit Also is there any reason why the said F♯2 that's in Scaled and Icy isn't mentioned in the thread?

There used to be a backing F#2 listed in Choker, but it was removed (I think because it was pitch shifted)

Next semester remains his only A2 youtu.be/XSo012EHyk4?si=I5z1Avxqb-1AXypQ[/quote]

Have to say that Next Semester "A2" is absolute garbage. Super quiet and fried singing with no clear consistent pitch. Also that live A5 is an A4 to my ears. Yeah you’re absolutely right it’s hot garbage lol At the same time I’d be lying to myself if I said it wasn’t countable. He’s capable of hitting it, is perfectly intentional because it’s a harmony with the lead vocals, and regularly hits A2’s while talking. It makes more sense listening to the whole song rather than the isolated vocals. As for the live A5, they’re the short A5’s that come after the A4’s. I debated on whether to include them, but after watching more live performances, it seems like for the first year of the tour, he would hit those exact same notes in the exact same place across several consecutive concerts. So while normally I wouldn’t count short notes like that, the consistency is what makes it count.

I feel like A4 is a little high to start the high notes. G4 might be more appropriate in my opinion.
