Careful With that Axe, Eugene - Pink Floyd

A somewhat obvious choice for this sort of subject, but an early Floyd classic that's still very effective today.

Man in the Long Black Coat - Bob Dylan

Literally a horror movie set to music. The opening harmonica sends chills down my spine. Dylan's weathered voice is the perfect narrator for this song.

Most of you won't have the patience to sit through nearly a half hour of this, but if you do, buckle up.

Sing This All Together (See What Happens) - The Rolling Stones

This song is objectively not very good, but the middle sections goes into some pretty sinister, twisted places.

Under Ice - Kate Bush

Kate's got no shortage of creepy moments in her catalog, but this one is tantamount for me.

Lots of songs are about loneliness, but I don't think I've heard a better expression of the oppressive anxiety associated with the feeling than this song. You walk in a void of crunching snow, awaiting for a second pair of footsteps that you don't want to hear. I can literally feel someone grabbing my neck listening to it.

A severely chipped tooth diminishes this smile.

You have a very refined way of expressing emotions very accurately in a manner that is both highly empathetic, yet remaining frivolous in its lyrical nature. As in, you verbalize a common emotive state very relatably, but never lose personalised poetic skills you attach to it.
