tbh drake has always been more of a singer than rapper imo idk tbh I don't like Drake's voice you and a lot of people! i happen to love it, hence i made the thread. not sure why you're even here if you don't like him

Some head-ache inducing discussion on that first page... Anyway, Drake's got great lows. Lots of natural resonance and strength to them.
Random af... So-so mixed D5s here at 0:34. I think he has more range in him than he shows but chooses to stick to that smooth, safe zone of his voice instead of belting it out. Clip is funny but shows he has untapped potential in the higher range as well, just doesn't choose to explore it further.

Agreed, he really never sings anywhere that isn't at least somewhat comfortable/sustainable for him. I'm sure he could mix up higher but that's just never been his style of singing. More likely we'll get a fryish C2 at some point by the end of his career...if his career isn't already over yet
