It's a bit hard finding information on this artist and his both bands. I did my best to include everything I could find from Eatherly but the information on the band is really sparse.
According to IX-NINE's official social media, they released the songs "Amatsusae" and "Omokage" available for free download and streaming on their soundcloud.com page in early 2017, but for now only "Omokage" is available for streaming.
The songs 13stairs and Meian are apparently one-song singles sold at IX-NINE's live performances, but they aren't mentioned anywhere in the band's social media either.

The misterious masked frontman that simply goes by IX is a japanese vocalist that currently sings for the very unique musical group IX-NINE- (read simply as “nine”), and who was also part of a visual kei band called Eatherly under the moniker of Mamoru. One of the various vocalists in the J-rock scene influenced by the vocalist Kyo from Dir en Grey and Sukekiyo, IX somehow stands out amidst them due to his primarily clean, high note-focused singing, and due to the IX-NINE- project being much closer to Sukekiyo in style than Dir en Grey, exploring a more atmospheric tone, with electronic, ambient and traditional japanese folk influences. Possessing a light tenor voice, IX opts for a style favoring soaring, ringing head voice melodies instead of the frantic everything-and-the-kitchen-sink vocal approach synonymous with Dir en Grey and bands influenced by them (even though he uses harsh vocals very ocasionally on IX-NINE-'s music and used a fair amount of it in Eatherly's). His lower range isn't explored as much as his high range and tends to be somewhat quiet.
It's interesting to hear his progression since the Eatherly days. Being in a band more in-tune with the more “standard” vein of japanese rock, his vocal approach in said band carried more of the tropes and mannerisms associated with “mainstream” visual kei: a somewhat “whiny” tone to the high singing, often accompanied with a fairly warbly japanese diction, the low-larynx approach for lower notes, and a technically-unsafe style of screaming. While his voice lowered a small amount since the Eatherly days, his high singing approach became “straighter”, with a very open sound and a clearer diction. An interesting vocalist in a very unique project!
