Tim Charles is the violinist and "clean vocalist" for Australian extreme progressive metal band Ne Obliviscaris. Tim's voice has a pretty smooth tenor tone (which is somewhat similar to Steven Wilson at times) and frequently uses falsetto to compliment the aggressive screams and growls of Xenoyr very well, creating an interesting balance between the two vocalists.
As a disclaimer, while the thread might look small and the thresholds might seem a bit exaggerated, especially considering Tim's vocal placement, I must say a number of reasons contribute to the thread being the way it is: first, due to the band's progressive sound (which translates to very long compositions featuring often extended instrumental passages), most of their albums have few songs (Their second album, Citadel has only three songs with vocals in!); second, Tim is not really the "lead vocalist" of the band (as Xenoyr does much more vocals than Tim); and third, his vocal approach is very mid-range based, which in the end causes his range to be rather small.
If you have any questions concerning the whereabouts of a note or has notes I happened to miss, feel free to say anything!
