Lol, so I started working on this list a few years ago because I got bored and I wanted to explore more progressive artists. I decided I wanted to listen to a variety of different prog rock, prog metal, fusion, and other proggy artists and create lists for the most popular and most talented musicians in those sub genres (and sub-sub-genres too, I suppose).
