Heads up, for Round Seven (the team round) you are required to use only one of your singers. It will have to be the singer you do not choose in this round, so pick wisely!

In a shocking turn of events, I'm not turning my clips in at the last minute this time! Let's see how well that works out...

0:28 to 2:27. A slow, New Orleans-flavored cover of the Jackson 5's "I Want You Back" in which Rachael delivers a smooth, dynamic vocal performance that never feels too constrained despite its single octave of range (A3-A4). Shows off her live vocal consistency and tone quite well too.

0:06 to 1:54. Some nicely sepulchral low stuff down to B1, abruptly followed by some of Pete's best F#4s in a bit of relatively high singing that's got both clean, smooth belting and some powerful grit towards the end.

Unlike my other singers, I think Susan Boyle has only one eligible clip for this category (unless you count other performances of the same song) but it's a doozy. I believer her F3-G5 spanned here is very close to her entire recorded range, and it's all tastefully employed and perfectly controlled.
