"Never Gonna Be Alone" - sounds like the chorus tops off at A4 with some backing C♯5s. He also hits G♯4s in the pre-chorus and at the very end of the song. There might be some brief B2s in there as well, but those are probably questionable as they're pretty short.



"Gotta Be Somebody" - I hear harmony vocals that top off at C5, however I don't know if Chad is singing there; just thought I'd mention it.



"Fight For All the Wrong Reasons" - Is it just me or does anyone else hear B♭2s? By the way, I'd put the C2 in the questionable note section as those might be Billy Gibbons that's doing the spoken word part as he's credited for doing vocals on that song along with "Follow You Home" and "Rockstar".



There are also G4s in "Savin' Me", which serves as the highest note in the verses/pre-choruses.

"Just to Get High" - aren’t the C3s lead vocal ("tell me what you know, tell me what you gone and done now") or do those notes just sound lower than they actually are?

3:00 - A cool C#5 that is missing from his thread, Kroeger's control and technique have always been very impressive considering how demanding that sort of a high distorted singing style is for an averagely placed voice like his. Very underrated singer from a technical standpoint, he's like a virtuoso version of James Hetfield in that style of singing.

He is one of the best vocalists of all time, with an abnormal vocal stamina. 95% of singers would be hoarse after singing one song with such powerful high grit. People give him sh*t because they dont like his songs. Criminally underrated.

Chad's recent voice evolution has been strange to hear... I initially thought he had vocal damage but upon further inspection, it seems like he's still got all his range intact even after all these years but he chooses to put on this strange thinner nasal tone instead of singing in a relaxed way, something I wish he'd drop. I wonder if it's an instinctive way for him to make singing certain parts easier or whether it's just an unpleasant stylistic choice he's suddenly chosen to put on for whatever reason?



The start of this song is a good example of that, that tone sounds forced and frankly NOT GOOD but as the performance goes on, suddenly his natural tone comes out again and sounds much better?? Strange.



Here his voice sounds exactly like 10-20 years ago with all his amazing control and range intact... Clearly no vocal damage here, just great singing without any weird put-on nasal. 2:58 sounds like Chad from 2007, amazing!



A recent performance where his voice sounds mostly like before... Apart from a couple moments where he chooses to put on that nasal again. It leads me to believe that he's putting on that strange nasal tone as a choice, hopefully he'll drop it lmao

Couldn't retrieve the entire performance, but the audio for the high notes is still featured in this range video! 

Though I'm hearing the first clip as more of an F♯5 than a G5 personally.
