Caleb Landry Jones (7 December 1989)
Vocal Range: F♯2 - E5
{Vocal Summary}Yeah, no, it's that guy that's in movies. I know you know him. You've definitely heard of this guy before. Yeah, YEAH! That's right, he's Banshee in the new X-Men movies. Uhh, fuck was he in Get Out? He was, right? The basketcase boyfriend in Twin Peaks season 3? Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, that was him I'm pretty sure. Pretty sure he just won the Cannes Best Actor award for Nitram. Yeah, no, that's the guy; that's who this is.
Oh, what does he sound like? Uhh, yeah shit, I guess it's like… baroque pop? It's kinda weird, like, it's actually kinda nice to hear an actor making music that isn't lame as fuck stripped down piano covers of shit from the 70s which seems to be pretty much all they do usually. It's clown music I guess, but not like Danny Elfman big top clown music, uhh, more like run down downtown auditorium, makeup melting under the stagelights pierrot type clown music. For some reason he sings like he's British… but obviously he's not so idk why. He's clearly got a pretty high voice, but he actually uses his lows quite a bit which is quite refreshing. His highs aren't great but I feel like he can actually sing technically quite well but his vocals are all quite "stylised" which I'm sure you realise means it's not conventionally pretty sounding. That's probably part of the whole pseudo-british sounding thing too cause name me one fucking decent sounding british singer and don't go pulling freddy mercury out of your ass cause you know damn fucking well he doesn't count.
