This is BAZanine v Baronessa in Round Four of the Clip-Off. You have five days to submit your clips, and until 23:00 BST Time November 8 to vote. November 9 is the Results Day.

The categories for this round are:
1. Best High Singing: A performance that places particular importance on singing high notes. The clip doesn't have to be exclusively high singing but the more high notes are utilized and the higher they are (relative to the singer), the more appropriate it is for the category.
2. Best Low Singing: A performance that places particular importance on singing low notes. The clip doesn't have to be exclusively low singing but the more low notes are utilised and the lower they are (relative to the singer), the more appropriate it is for the category.
3. Best Usage of Mid-Range: Singing that's made interesting despite (or perhaps because of) not placing particular importance on either high or low notes. There are no concrete thresholds to mid-range, but your best bet is to try and gauge whether the singing sounds mid-rangy.

1:21 - 2:15 & 2:36 - 3:15. Lzzy puts her completely unmatched energy to the forefront here. She lets loose with some agile fast-paced passages coupled with #iconic G♯5s and one clean climb up to B♭5.

{Best Low Singing: Andy Bell - "Dreamlike State"}

0:16 - 1:04 & 1:21 - 2:08. Andy is clearly in his element in this clip. Absolutely serene, calming tone throughout, featuring lows from B♭2 down to E2 that seem to just get weightier the lower he goes.

{Best Usage of Mid-Range: Joe Lynn Turner - "Goin' Down for the Last Time"}

2:09 - 4:09. JLT remembers what mid-range is for once and spans an easy A2 - A4 by alternating between chestier and softer singing, making the clip as a whole pack a nice dynamic and emotional punch. Two octaves might seem a little wide for mid-range, but I think this clip particularly adheres to the 'make it interesting without emphasising highs or lows' bit of the category description.

I am obviously partial to this song and to this man on the whole as he now holds a very strong meaning to me in my personal life so basically what I'm saying is anything below a 5 is the equivalent of you spitting on my recently deceased father's grave. Fuck you.
