Patton fits into A Tier quite neatly. Very good down to Eb2, and whilst he has examples quite a bit below that which are impressive in their own right, I wouldn't hold his lowest stuff up as great examples of low singing.

Not really crazy when you consider her tessitura and speaking voice. Her upper range is also limited to about D5 nowadays. Not really, she can still belt out E5s (could probably belt out a bit higher still if she wanted) and she has some higher notes in head voice too She did F5s recently.

Let's get the obvious out of the way:
Glenn Miller, John Ames and Pasyukov are beyond S tier; Not only are they projecting crazy things like G1 in a choral setting, but they have to actively hold back on choirs as to not overpower them.
That being said, Bassi Profundi are just outright cheating, so I might aswell just include the Regular Basses:
Avi Kaplan: Easy S tier Elliot Robinson: Easy S tier Luke Taylor: Easy A/S tier Bobby Bass: Easy S tier

For male singers overall, yes though. Avi's lows are very normal for a (high) bass. His high range is very very good for a pop bass though. A friend of mine attended his workshop for bass singers in 2018 and he demonstrated his range there. He belted out a tenor high C (C5) and my friend said it sounded like it could be used in pop setting and wasn't too shrieky like some low voices' high notes past G4. In operatic world, Avi could probably sing both basso and baritono (or simply bass-baritono) if trained properly because his voice is right on the verge of baritone. Basso profundo also in the way you used it mostly talks simply about singers who sing very low (oktavism). Not necessarily voices that are super low. For one, Glenn's natural voice is that of a normal middle bass. He said prior in interviews that he is a 'basso-cantante' in terms of classical repertoire. Thurl Ravenscroft said so too about his own voice but that is far more audible. Thurl's tone changes to more of a baritonal timbre as soon as he goes into his higher range. Though undoubtedly a real bass. For great bass singers, you might wanna add Mikhail Zlatopolsky to that list. That man also has probably the lowest sitting voice I heard.

Most of his low notes are buried in mixes or are brief and such, so he'd be like B or C tier but specifically in this project he goes all out and it's all like this. It's pretty much S tier, especially considering this is a baritone (he claims he's a lyric tenor though).

I'd actually put Martin Gore at a solid A or S Tier for his lows. His low range is shockingly rich and controlled for someone with such a low vocal weight. His voice is downright buttery in tracks like The Bottom Line. Also, the Clean demo is frighteningly rich and controlled down well through E2, where many baritones, including Dave Gahan in the studio version (which is whole tone higher), struggle for clarity. Although his voice thins out by the bottom of his range, he still has remarkable control over it.

The last Megadeth album cements Dave Mustaine fairly well in B Tier. His lows are now pretty good down to D2, and used a bit more often than before.

Out of my threads: Arthur Lee - Solid C Tier, rarely makes use of his low range but he never really fails at any level, though there is nothing spectacular Bernard Fanning - Low B Tier, makes use of his low range slightly more than his high range but he would not win huge awards for the lowest bolds he hits Bill Withers - High B Tier, some very smooth lows down to about G2, he probably could make use of his lower range more if he wanted to but chose not to, and that's fine Bryan MacLean - Extremely high E Tier, makes no use of his low range whatsoever, bottoms out at D3, but has a lovely tone to his lower notes Caro Emerald - Low A Tier, has some amazing C♯3s in "The Bullet" and her range below E3 is very strong, maybe in the future she'll showcase her low range more Carole King - Solid C Tier, rarely makes use of low range but has gotten down to D3 on a few occasions, nothing really wrong with her low range Curtis Mayfield - Low C Tier, surprisingly utilizable low range but his tone is so naturally high that it makes his low range spread thinner Damo Suzuki - Solid C Tier, extremely strange low range, somehow getting down to an A1, but other than certain occasions such as the F2s in "Mushroom" never makes much of his low range Daniel Johns - High D Tier, manages to make use of his low range later in his career, but for the Silverchair/early solo career days, could not make much use of his low range below C3 Dave Davies - E Tier, cannot sing low at all, has to grumble a B♭2 and refused to sing below C3 for the better half of his career David Coverdale - Solid A Tier, I really want to put him higher, because I know he can sing lower, but for what's showcased, he can pull off very weighty lows and bold his way down to F2 Doc Watson - High A Tier, overall pretty conservative with his low range, but what has been demonstrated proves he definitely has extreme control over his low voice. It's soft and it seems difficult to determine which register he is in. The more recent live version has nothing below a B2, maybe there's an A2 somewhere like the studio version has at one point. Do you have any examples of strong and clear chest notes below that G#2 ? Spoken notes are often strohbass, by the way. The bolded strohbass D2 is very good, though.
