Sollie Paul "Tex" Williams (August 23, 1917 – October 11, 1985)
Vocal Range: E♭1 - F♯4
I wanted to do a quick thread for Tex because he has a lot of great low notes, and I think he is generally underrated.
I would say he is the lowest ever voice in swing, rockabilly and country music.
He has a lot more material than this, but the range is probably about right. However, he has probably sung melodically above B3.
