I'm not sure why he'd be hitting a D2 at any point in that song because it seems to be in E♭ minor. He's mostly dipping down to an undefined point along the lines of F♯2 throughout the song. I heard some weak E♭2s at 2:16 at most, the first of which does seem countable enough I suppose.
