Signe was the female lead singer and co-founder from first Jefferson Airplane alienation. She just recorded first album of the band on 1966, after that (around October 1966) she left the band, mainly cause she was pregnant and things about her marriage but she continued singing in a Carl Smith project called "Carl Smith and The Gas Natural Company" for some years (though i cannot find any stuff of them, just an studio album where she's not participant).
She returned with her old band partners on Jefferson Starship doing some live performances on 1993. Last thing of her i can find are two videos of her being very older singing with a unknown group called "The Weevils" two songs from Jefferson Airplane first studio album.
She died few hours after her friend/partner Jefferson Airplane co-founder Paul Kantner died, also at age 74.
