Your favourite bands but with setlists so bad you'll want your money back. Get creative - this doesn't have to be a list of your least favourite songs.
I forget where I got this idea from, if it was one of you TRPers then thanks.
I'll start:
{Dream Theater} Act 1. The Accessible Songs 1. You Not Me 2. Build Me Up, Break Me Down 3. Prophets of War 4. Wither 5. I Walk Beside You
Act 2. The entirety of The Astonishing in reverse order
Encore: Greatest Hit (...And 21 Other Pretty Cool Songs) Greatest Hits 1. As I Am (Clean Single version) 2. Lie (Single version) 3. Solitary Shell (Single version)

Iron Maiden
1. The Educated Fool 2. Holy Smoke 3. Sea of Madness 4. The Parchment 5. Brighter Than a Thousand Suns 6. Speed of Light 7. Virus 8. New Frontier 9. Lost in a Lost World 10. The Man Who Would Be King 11. Wildest Dreams 12. The Edge of Darkness 13. The Aftermath 14. Weekend Warrior 15. Don't Look to the Eyes of a Stranger 16. Mother Russia 17. Judgement of Heaven -ENCORE- 18. Hooks in You 19. Fortunes of War 20. The Angel and the Gambler (with the mic held out to the crowd during the outro chorus, repeating for an additional five minutes, because it simply didn't go on long enough on the studio version)

ENCORE 19: Seven and Seven Is 20: For What It's Worth

Love this idea!
Queen ( 6 sections, ~20 mins each, sections arranged in an annoying order, numbers at end of each song is approx running time in mins)
To open as the lights go up, Procession 1
Then the concert proper: fast section 21 Modern Times Rock 'n' Roll 2 Stone Cold Crazy 2 Sheer Heart Attack 4 + ~5 min drum solo = 9 Don't Stop Me Now 4 Dead on Time 4 heavy / plodding section 24 Son and Daughter 3 w/ Brighton rock solo here for ~ +5 mins = 8 She Makes Me (Stormtrooper in Stilettoes) 4 Sweet Lady 4 White Man 5 light section 18 Funny How Love Is 3 Seaside Rendezvous 2 The Millionaire Waltz 5 Crazy Little Thing Called Love 3 Keep Passing the Open Windows 5 potentially good songs but poorly executed section 19 See What a Fool I've Been 4 The Prophet's Son 8 The Hero 4 Put Out the Fire 3 insipid section 18 Dear Friends 1 Get Down, Make Love 4 + ~5 mins of Freddie screeching 9 Who Needs You 3 Back Chat 5 encore 18 Bohemian Rhapsody 6 Teo Torriatte 6 Innuendo w/ guest Steve Howe 5 God Save the Queen (as the lights go down) 1

Judas Priest: House music before show: Stained Class album played backwards "Heading Out to the Highway" "Rocka Rolla" "Parental Guidance" Sex medley: "Eat Me Alive"/"Burnin' Up"/"Love You To Death" (all sung acapella) "(Take These) Chains" "Death" "Deep Freeze/Winter Retreat" (with "Deep Freeze" extended an additional 7 minutes or so) "Wild Nights, Hot and Crazy Days" Opening drum break of "Painkiller" that leads into lengthy drum solo "You Say Yes" (has additional chorus repeats with audience call-and-response) "Johnny B. Goode" "Heavy Duty"/"Defenders of the Faith" (ends with additional chorus repeats, audience sing-along) Encore: "Breaking the Law" "Take On the World" (with extended audience sing-along) "United" (with even longer audience sing-along)
Also, between several of the songs, the band plays just the opening riffs of other songs, including "Beyond the Realms of Death", "Desert Plains", and "Hell Patrol" just to tease us even further.

Solitary Shell (Single version) this isn’t exactly a nightmare but when I went to go see Metallica they played The Memory Remains, Whiskey in the Jar, 5 songs off the Black album and nothing off AJFA, I bought the ticket to hear One and there was some stupid boxing event thing that made the whole experience 5 hours long, it wasn’t ideal

When I say them they didn't play anything from "Ride the Lightning", although the set was otherwise quite strong. I will say "The Memory Remains" slaps harder in pretty much every live version I've ever heard than the studio though.

Not entirely finished my Megadeth re-listen, but close. There's nothing that I really dislike in the same way that I dislike something like "The Angel and the Gambler". But they've done their fair share of filler and bits and pieces that miss the mark. Off the top of my head
*Kiko has flu and Kerry King has to come back to play lead guitar for this show*
1. My Kingdom 2. Of Mice and Men 3. Time: The End 4. Dawn Patrol (this song is fine as a prelude to "Rust in Peace... Polaris", but I wouldn't want it in a set otherwise) 5. Recipe for Hate... Warhorse 6. Black Curtains 7. Psychotron 8. Losing My Senses 9. Set the World Afire 10. Train of Consequences 11. Blood of Heroes 12. Chosen Ones 13. Hook in Mouth 14. Insomnia 15. I Know Jack 16. Into the Lungs of Hell (An intro track mid-set for no reason just because) 17. Anarchy in the UK 18. Reckoning Day 19. The Doctor is Calling 20. Truth Be Told 21. I Ain't Superstitious 22. Prince of Darkness 23. Super Collider 24. Something That I'm Not 25. Amerikhastan
