{Best Non-Native Singing - Moon Joo-ran}14:45–15:58. Majorly dark lows contrasting with tasteful falsetto and mixing. Very fluid melisma and legato throughout despite Japanese not being her first language.

{Best Emotional Singing - Judy Garland}1:52–3:44. Well this song was bound to come up, for good reason. Unique phrasing and quivering inflections to the point of sounding choked up really cement that yearning quality to the song. And to top it all off there's a satisfying full-pelt crescendo finish.
