Ava Max
Ava Max is a technically impressive singer who is best suited to Pop & Dance music with a light and agile voice. After emerging in the late 2010's with the ubiquitous 'Sweet But Psycho', Ava Max has been crafting her brand of pop ever since and has built a loyal fanbase. Comparisons to Lady Gaga were unavoidable at first (the two talented singers aren't actually very alike at all) and Ava seems to have built her confidence vocally, now exploring both her upper and lower registers more regularly with great pitch and control, although she is more reserved in a live setting. Ava can belt up into the upper fifth octave with no issues and has access to a fairly extensive head voice and whistle register. Her lower notes are generally healthy and competent and although she clearly doesn't plan on spending too much time in the third octave, it is there and she can produce fairly strong notes down to around an E3. Ava Max really is a dark horse in the pop arena - nobody quite expects her to be as good as she is, but she continues to prove critics wrong with her wide vocal range.
