Very famous for being "Severus Snape" from Harry Potter movies, Alan Rickman was an english actor and director active for many decades. Sadly he died for pancreatic cancer on 14 January 2016, in London.

I'm actually hearing "Pretty Women" get down to some quick C♯2s.

I think I'm hearing them; at first time to listen on for that song I judged D2 as bottom pitch on that section (I said, meh, it's ok), some seconds after the bolded note with same pitch appeared and I said: Uhhh, Nice!
But rechecking again I think I do hear at least two C#2s that goes to D again, so I included the note at least by now. Other opinions?

VERY LATER EDIT: Just the fool I am, that's undisputably an C#2

Is that C#2 chest fry or still pure chest?
Just curious where his chest range ends because my chest ends at D2 but my C#2 sounds pretty similar

That's a pretty low singer, his D2 sounds almost as easy as his D4 does. The M0 and M1 registers overlap, like everywhere else. I can go up to a C3 in M0 fry, but it's starting to get strained. It's the same feeling as when going too low in falsetto. Singers might choose different registers for the same pitch, especially in the area where their chest voice is starting to get lower than what is comfortable. For instance, the Colm McGuinness thread has bolded F2s in M0 fry and an Eb2 in chest voice (see my post there from Sep 28, 2024).
