Note that Goober has been penalized 0.5 points for voting late this round, and Mikale has been belatedly penalized 0.5 points for not using his designated singer (Ailee) in Round 8.
Now await, since we have…

Baronessa got an extra bonus point for sweeping and using all her singers.
*Once more Will Wood is on the receiving end of the weirdness of the 3-way tiebreaker system, narrowly losing to Matt despite having a higher overall average.

Thank you to everyone who participated this year, it's been a wild time running my first Clip-Off and I couldn't have done it without you. Regardless of where you placed, know that you're all champs in your own special way. Now as for placements…

{Ninth Place}
Goober ! Unfortunately, despite a strong and talented team, a combination of bad matchup luck, unfortunate clip choices, and being penalized for voting late on two separate occasions stymied your attempt to make it out of last place, with a final score of 78.102 and an average of 3.68. Better luck next time- I hear Mike Patton's open for next year's competition...

{Eighth Place}
Tetra ! Somehow, this year's meme team has managed to avoid last place, with a final score of 78.879 and an average of 3.694. This was in large part due to team ace Dan Avidan, who was used for more clips than anyone else in the competition, managing to drag the Clip-Off's lowest scoring singer (guess who) across the finish line.

mikale ! You managed a score of 87.775 and an average of 3.914. Despite boasting this year's only undefeated singer, Ailee, as well as the powerhouse Ariana Grande, some truly unfortunate categories led Hui to drag your team down as the Clip-Off's most inconsistent performer.

{Sixth Place}
BAZanine ! With a score of 90.087 and an average of 3.929, this year's oldest team hung around 6th and 7th before very nearly managing to launch into the top five with a strong final-round performance that came close to a sweep.

With a score of 91.8 and an average of 4.115, Breakfast in D-sharp ! Despite some commanding early performances from team ace Thomas Quasthoff keeping you in second for a good while, your team missed out on the podium due to a relatively weak showing from Buzz Clifford, who did not win a single category in the competition, and also due to being narrowly swept in all three categories in the final round. Still, a strong contender to the very end.

{Fourth Place}
Gilad ! After some great rounds and some not-so-great ones, you managed to claw your way back to your second fourth-place finish in a row! Somewhat unfortunately, your strongest singer, Chester Bennington, only managed to win a single category despite his high overall average, though Conor Mason's five wins (tied for the most in the competition) helped counteract that. You scored 92.377 total and averaged 4.119.

'S ! A powerful presence throughout the competition, your team of classy ladies made up for their stumble in the penultimate round with a strong performance in the finale, only narrowly missing out on the sweep. You scored 94.092 and averaged 4.155.

{A Winner Is You}
Shockingly, uh... it me. Honestly going in I expected this team to get, like, third place, but it turns out if you select a team of versatile, talented singers that you know well, who compensate for each other's weaknesses, you win the Clip-Off. Who knew! I scored 99.291 points and averaged 4.277, only missing out on breaking 100 due to an extremely close pair of 3-way losses that both involved Will Wood for some reason. And Georgia Train was the competition's highest-scoring singer, so congrats to her I guess.

{A Runner-Up Is You}
Baronessa ! GG Sawyer! After sitting in fourth for most of the way through, you made your way up by being the only one to successfully pull off the sweep in the final round. With that, you managed a final score of 96.182 and an average of 4.159. Notably, you had the competition's second best singer in Lee Aaron, as well as its most consistent singer in Alison Moyet. Well fought, here's another silver medal.
