That singer may not have any training that would (or would not) enable him to produce sound in the extreme way that you are referring to. How large is a "medium-sized room", by the way?

Any reason why the F0 is still counted? I thought we established it's inhaled, which is very likely considering he seems to often do that down there. Same question with the lower first octave notes
