Barry Gibb’s 1988 soundtrack album “Hawks” spans from A1 to A4, with falsetto up to G5.

Every Guns 'n' Roses record but chiefly, Chinese Democracy - F1 - A5 - C6Don't suppose you know where I can hear the F1 and C6? Seriously impressive if true.

The F1 is in "There Was a Time" in the backing vocals at the time stamp here: youtu.be/bAZO90z52Rg?t=111 (There is an isolation of it on youtube on it too). There are some people complaining that it isn't necessarily sung but it is a legit note. Clear singing that low can be demonstrated by Axl live and in the studio on the song "Coma". The C6 is in "Sorry" in the backing vocals here: youtu.be/BPKHZtggOOw?t=285 on the word "Me". It's got some decent sustain on it too.

I think I hear the low vocal in "There Was a Time" but not so sure about "Sorry", at least not in the mix. Sadly all the isolated vocals on YouTube are just the lead, so I assume we had access to the backing vocals at some point? Another notable rangey album is Bros' The Time. G2 to a belted A5 and falsetto E♭6 by Matt Goss.

Dale Thompson's entire discography. It's really hard to find albums with LESS than 3 octaves. I think there he only released like 3 albums like that and even those are only 1 or 2 notes short.
