I am a bit surprised that Bowies Performance of Rock'n Roll Suicide (Ziggy Stardust Soundtrack) is #3 of his best live Vocals. It should definitely be lower. It's not even the best Performance of the Song.

I don't know if y'all care about basic, normal pop stars, but for Demi Lovato, I think her in studio performance of "Stone Cold" beats anything else that has come from her.

Also, Matt Sallee's cover of "Life is a Highway" at Berklee is absolutely incredible, and I'd say his best.

tbh most of them would be on the Sin-e performance for me, stuff like "The Way Young Lovers Do", "Night Flight" or "Dink's Song". "Grace" is a very obvious stand out from the studio recordings, since all of the non-Grace tracks are all demos.

I would move Painkiller up and Saints in Hell down a few places each on Halford's list. I know Painkiller is pretty one-dimensional but in terms of just how taxing it is on his voice I think it should be higher up.
Also, is there a place on the list for 'Sad Wings' from Insurrection? I know it's officially a live album but it does seem to be taken as red that all of those vocals were recorded in studio, and it is a pretty crazy performance.
