Andy Gibb literally all the time, it’s clear that he has potential to even do some crazy belting shit yet he doesn’t even use his powerhouse of a falsetto most of the time and never goes above G4, and even going above F4 are few and far between.

On that same thought, Maurice Gibb as well. He had so few lead vocals with the Bee Gees and released no solo albums. He had a nicer voice than Barry or Robin in my opinion.

Paul Varga of Talas. He sang and drummed on the band's first two albums in the late '70s and '80s and did one live album during their 1979 reunion, but there seems to be barely anything more to his official discography out there. Great distinct Steve Perry-esque voice that served the band's high harmonies superbly, and in my opinion the best singer of the classic trio lineup of Talas. When I was notewatching Billy Sheehan, I picked apart all the harmonies on the first two Talas albums and jotted down notes for him, Dave Constantino and Varga (along with Phil Naro during the next lineup of the band), and ended up notewatching/making threads for Sheehan, Constantino, and Naro. I would've gladly made one for Varga as well, but between how small his discography was and how non-existent his low range turned out to be, I ended up just shy of two octaves of recorded range for him, with F3 as his lowest confirmed note. I still have my research saved as a WIP thread in case I ever get more content that makes it worth posting, but for the time being I'm keeping it shelved.

Michael Anthony. I really like his vocal tone, and think he should've got a lot more lead vocal spots (or at least duets) for Van Halen as opposed to just doing high harmonies:

Jerry Vale. At least wanted to hear some high C’s. He’s certainly capable

The legendary Pete Burns had the capacity for waaaaaay more than his paltry range listing gives off. He definitely could've gone lower than F#2, and it's annoying how he has a high A falsetto but never went above that. He's hit plenty of exceptional G4s, and has even hit a B4 in chest. He totally could've had some boldable 5th octave notes if he utilised falsetto more.

Nick Frosst! His vocal tone is really captivating and he has some great performances, but B2 - A4 - C#5 is not cutting it my guy. youtu.be/CPnLx0Diwaw?t=126 Like, listen to these A4s! First off, it's a great performance, and no way he can't sing, like, way higher than that, right?
