{Vocal Summary}
Recent recipient into the 2023 New Zealand Music Hall of Fame, Don McGlashan is a musician which has shaped New Zealand's music history and style. From his early days in Blam Blam Blam, to his nationally renowned famous career in the Mutton Birds, and to his well-regarded career as a solo musician, (with his tickets selling out when he does tours!) Don deserves all the praise he gets in the press, even if he - unfortunately - never quite found as much fame as he would've wanted outside of New Zealand.
Don has a darker, lower sound to his voice when you reach his low notes (eg. G2, F#2, F2, E2) and a beautiful falsetto described as very light and airy, and can sometimes be very powerful.
