Ah, the Bb5 in Bohemian Rhapsody. The most triumphant part of the flagship song of one of the biggest, most bombastic and the most famous rock anthem machine producing icons out there, Queen. This combination of flawless attributes makes it the perfect bit in any song to absolutely fuck up at a karaoke bar. Yes, even over the OOH WAH AH AH AH AH in "Down with the Sickness". All it takes a little bit of encouragement and a whole heckload of misplaced confidence and BOOM. Comedy gold ensues. The anticipation of sitting through that slow ass 2 minute intro, watching your drunk buddy murmur his way through it, then struggle with the operatic bit in the lead up for him to attempt that Bb5 is perhaps one of the biggest climactic pay-offs that a song can give you, only rivalled by the drum fill in "In the Air Tonight" and the guitar riff in "Buddy Holly". No part in any song is as fucked up as frequently and as gloriously as that. One. Bit. And so, this thread serves as an ode to all those people with not enough shame or too much booze in their system who were brave enough to tackle it.
