The Spice Girls' own Posh Spice has arguably accrued more success outside of the group than in it. Victoria's stint in the Spice Girls often left her the butt of the joke - she was dubbed by many as "the one who can't sing or dance" due to her stiff stage persona and relatively few (compared to the other girls) lead vocal parts. Though a relatively unconfident vocalist, Victoria's strengths actually lay in her sultry lower register. Whereas the other girls were belting notes in the fifth octave, Victoria's strong third octave was often used to harmonise with the other girls. Victoria's mid-upper register is less distinctive and confident than her lower one, but her pleasant tone was still to be commended and was utilised far more often in her solo career. While her musical career may not have taken off in the same way her fashion career has, Victoria was nonetheless an integral part of the Spice Girls for her iconic image.
{A Few Examples of Her Voice}
A rather dated song but probably her best vocal performance.
Similar to above - she manages some decent head voice here as well.
An unreleased song, but it shows off her lower range nicely and has some nice backing head voice.

Questionable notes are any notes of questionable significance. In short, this spoiler acknowledges notes that I am aware exist, but do not want to contribute to the singer's range. These involve (but are not limited to) notes of questionable identity, notes of questionable legitimacy and notes of significantly poor quality.

Disclaimer: In the Spice Girls' harmonies, it was occasionally difficult to discern who was singing what. Mel B and Victoria often sang the lower notes whilst Emma and Mel C sang the higher ones, however this was not an absolute rule. To make it more complicated, the harmonies sung on the studio versions of the songs weren't necessarily the ones sung on live versions, there were some cases where one member was implied to be singing when they actually weren't, and there were times where one member was singing one of the harmony parts whilst also singing another part/ad-lib on top. I've listened to the group's albums and live performances several times and I think I have a pretty good knowledge of who sings which parts, but I am not infallible and appreciate any kinds of constructive criticism on these threads.
