IMHO, I don't hear any remarkable difference in her voice between her earliest recorded stuff like Ocean Eyes and the songs she's putting out now. So I don't see much utility in separating them. She was 13 when she recorded the vocals, but she doesn't sound prepubescent to me. I think you can put it down to individual genetics and physiological differences between males and females. Female singers around that age tend to sound more mature than male singers. Michael Jackson or Justin Bieber for example. Hell, even when Jackson was in his late teens in the mid-70s, there's a pretty big difference between his vocals then and his vocals on Off the Wall recorded in 1978-79. Male voices seem much more subject to change throughout their lifetime, sometimes getting dramatically deeper over time, such as Elton John or Todd Rundgren or David Bowie.

as much as i personally think that happier than ever (the album) was mid, there were some vocal moments that made me gasp bruh shes so good and shes yet to show her full potential which makes me :/

Billie just dropped two new songs called "TV" and "The 30th"! The former has a lot of nice lows and I think some high harmonies near the end? The latter has some really sweet high harmonies :)

With TV, she has some backing B4s and a D5, as well as some lead B3s and E3s-G3s.

With The 30th, her lows go around the G3-B3, and she peaks at the B4-D5 area. She has some backing vocals in the second chorus which I feel only go up to F♯4, but it's low in the mix and a bit hard to tell. Should the B4 at this timecode be bolded or na?
