• Bold marks notes or passages that are particularly outstanding (relative to the singer).
• Underlines mark notes that are obscured in the song mix.
With her melodically simple yet sincere songwriting and her generally soft, sweet vocal style, Laura Stevenson is a (rightfully) up-and-coming indie-folk singer-songwriter. Laura's vocal style is rather light, mostly staying within her gorgeous mid-range. Both her lower and upper registers are rarely pushed to their limit, though on the occasions they are, Laura has showcased rich lower notes and angelic higher ones. Definitely a worthwhile singer to check out if you like songs that hit you right in the feels!
{A Few Examples of Her Voice}
Fairly versatile performance with some nice lower notes and heavenly upper ones.
Bit of a more dynamic performance here.
Dynamic, but it also showcases how lovely Laura's tone is.
