Keene is the mastermind behind prog/tech death heroes The Faceless and is one of the more inventive and exciting guitarists in the genre to my ears. In addition to this, he handles all the clean vocals in the band that have slowly been increasing in quantity since 2012's Autotheism album. It's still too early to say what his vocal abilities are capable of but he has nonetheless demonstrated a very cool darker tenor croon that you don't hear a lot of in tech/prog death cleans. The drama apparent in his delivery in tracks like Black Star and Cup of Mephistopheles is indicative of an intriguing future for his singing, it should be interesting to see how his discography unfolds in this way.
