Hiro is the vocalist of the japanese metalcore/deathcore band Nocturnal Bloodlust. While the mention of "-core" music alone can be somewhat alarming to some people, Hiro is by far one of the most versatile and technically capable vocalists I've heard in that style. Whether it is gruff low grunts, high fry screaming, false chord yelling or even inhale pig squeals, Hiro demonstrates an impressive technical proficiency on every single technique, effortlessly switching between each one of them, as well as being equally capable within his clean vocal department. Hiro's natural voice is of a very boy-ish tenor (which makes even more impressive how heavy his false chord vocals sound), who usually goes for a style mixing the "emo" style of singing heard in genres like metalcore or post-hardcore and the j-rock low-larynx singing, but Hiro is also able to pull off some incredible grit (e.g. The chorus of "Malice Against") as well. His lower range isn't used as much in comparision but is fairly solid down to A2, but he displayed being able to reach even lower notes using "less orthodox" techniques. Overall a pretty cool vocalist that has been displaying an impressive improvement over the years.
