So we've noticed an issue where any thread that was made and linked prior to the current site name change is rendered as a broken link in the index. If you know that your threads were created before then, or notice any other broken links in the index, please post it here to save us the time otherwise spent checking every single link.
On that note anyone with editing privileges should make sure their own links are working.

Hello all, after some careful thought about various factors regarding The Range Planet and how it coincides with my life, I have realised that I do not have the interest in notewatching that I once did and it would be best if I took something of a step away from the forum. I have other hobbies that I would rather spend my time on, and given that notewatching is so time-consuming, I think this is the right way to go. It was fun while it lasted, but my priorities are leading me elsewhere. As a result of this, most of my threads are up for grabs and all of my claims are now "unclaimed". Please feel free to message me if you want to claim any of my threads, the answer is likely to be a yes. I'll list my threads and claims below so you can look through if you wish. I guess I'll use Susilupus's post as an opportunity for me to say/reiterate that all of my claims should be considered pretty loose at this point, or at least most of them. I have a new notewatching project that will involve me notewatching a whole new group of singers, so while I would still like and still plan on getting to all my claims at some point, heaven only knows when that will be. So y'all are free to message me about any of them, however know that with singers from harmony groups like the Eagles, CSNY, the Hollies, etc., I will be very very stingy on letting people take over those threads because they require an in-depth knowledge of their harmonies.
And no, this does not mean that the Beach Boys threads are up for grabs. :P

Hello again everyone, I'm back less than two weeks later to say that I made a sudden decision regarding my position on the forum that I quickly came to regret and as a result of this, I will be going back on my previous statement and will be rejoining the forum. So basically I'm an idiot and I made an impulsive decision that was a terrible idea. I'll be taking my threads back and some of my claims which I shall list below. Apparently nobody has claimed Dua Lipa yet? So I'm claiming her for now. I'm not sure if I will keep the claim but I still want to make a thread for her on my free time :) She had a thread belonging to darby on TRP3. He didn't list her amongst his claims after the move so I would guess you're probably free to claim her, although I would probably send darby a message about it anyway. |
