I'm kinda still debating it because I can't find a live performance of him doing the song for comparison, and there are parts of it that sounds a tad more like whistle register to me.  Not saying I'm right, but after listening to Virgin Steele and some stuff by Devin Townsend the second one sounds more like that.  The first I could see being more of that kind of whistle, but the second kind of has more of a quick "ra ah" like David Defeis does with some his whistle register at times.  I mean he could just be really good at whistling.  When I did the original Minoru thread I added it assuming it was register due to bad equipment and methodolgy. Now, I wouldn't add it or put it in the questionable part.
