West End star Sarah Brightman is known worldwide for her outstanding voice. Her career having begun in musicals like The Phantom of the Opera, Sarah has since moved on to become arguably the most successful classical crossover artist of all time, producing hits like "Con te partirò" and "Amigos Para Siempre". Sarah's iconic voice is exceptionally versatile, with her vocal approach focused almost exclusively on showcasing her flexible head voice. She alternates between two distinct "styles" in her upper register, one being a more fuller, quasi-operatic head voice (as heard in "The Music of the Night") and the other being thinner and more ethereal (as heard in "Deliver Me"). Her chest voice is also a very solid one; though her lower register is slightly neglected, Sarah is able to dip down into the lower third octave fairly easily and comfortably belt in the lower fifth. A truly exceptional voice with incredible sustains and one of the most pleasant tones out there (seriously, listen to "Scarborough Fair"), it's fair to say there's a good reason Sarah describes herself as the world's best-selling soprano.
