1: I think you would benefit by using this template. 2: The "Daylight" G6 gets up to A6 and I personally wouldn't count it (edit: I saw you linked a better G6 that I didn't initially see, I was referring to the one at the end of the song, but I still wouldn't count the G6 either, despite it being slightly better.). The C6 is shockingly enough, completely fine. Hell, I'd call it melodic and black. Not what I expected from this guy. 3: I'd personally remove everything below G4 in the highs section. D4 maybe depending on how low his voice is.

Personally I think the G6 is decently countable. It sounds rather strained definitely, but to me at least, the note is still clear.

It's your thread man, you should have every right to include a note if you feel it's strong enough, within reason of course lol. Harry Nilsson is actually a singer I had listened to a sparse bit here and there, but seeing how wide his range is makes me want to dive more into his work.

The G6 itself isn't the worst note, but it leaves such range gap that I wouldn't include it.

I’ve never wanted to be a questionable D2 more 😭 😂😂😂 I’ve never wanted to be a questionable D2 more 😭 If that's true, you may want to take a look at the Eb2. (Yes, it's a real song). www.youtube.com/watch?v=t5onD2WqBWEI'm currently in the process of completely remaking the thread. I'm currently going through all of his albums again and I expect the thread to be finalized soon.

Um, I'm not sure why I've only just noticed this, but based on our DMs I didn't give you exclusive permission to post this when it's still under my name in claims Oh yeah, sorry. I meant to ask you about that a while ago. You hadn't responded to my messages for about a month, so I decided to go ahead and do it. I hope that's alright. If not, you can take this thread if you want it and I'll move onto some of my other in-progress threads. I'm actually working on completely re-making the entire thread, since I don't think I did a very good job with this initially. I will completely re-make the thread with my new research and I'll probably be finished notewatching all of Nilsson's stuff in about a week, so that's when I'll be finished updating the thread. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. :) - Ian

Apologies for not responding for so long, I just got busy with life and that. For future reference, though, I did message you after a while and you responded, but you hadn't given any indication you'd actually posted the thread which was kind of what irked me here. I'll leave the thread with you for now but I'll post a few things in the thread when I have a moment as to how to improve the thread if that's alright (nothing major, just a few things). Thanks for understanding! And once again, sorry for the confusion. I meant to tell you about the thread earlier.

I still have to add Losst and Founnd and a few other things, but besides that, it's pretty much complete. (And of course I'll keep adding to it as I find more Nilsson stuff to notewatch, but I definitely got the bulk of it done).
Edit: It's complete. I finally did it. Maybe I'll work on Al Jolson or Frank Sinatra Jr. next...

it sounds like E2 in the B1 clip and i think the song is transposed up by 1 so it would be F2 and it sounds like a B1 but its very brief and pretty much shouldnt be counted

Alright, so it's about time some things are addressed. I'll make this quick. Dogshit extremities. Too many bolds. Pitching Errors. Redundant labeling. Alphabetization issues. As well as other misc. issues. The good news is that me and one of my compadres cleaned the thing up. So you can just copy & paste it. (Just be sure to not accidentally include the spoiler that encases the thread). This took me hours so I really hope you use this. {Cleaned up thread.} Harry Edward Nilsson III (June 15, 1941 - January 15, 1994) Vocal Range: C2 - C6{Album Ranges}Solo:

Alright, so it's about time some things are addressed. I'll make this quick. Dogshit extremities. Too many bolds. Pitching Errors. Redundant labeling. Alphabetization issues. As well as other misc. issues. The good news is that me and one of my compadres cleaned the thing up. So you can just copy & paste it. (Just be sure to not accidentally include the spoiler that encases the thread). But still, it's this guy's first thread. The extremities, if they're countable (of which I think the G#6 is fine honestly, but not the A6), shouldn't be that big of an issue. Plus, it's his thread to do with what he wishes (and I think he's sharing it?) So you don't need to be so aggressive to the guy. If there are serious issues just point them out with some examples, you don't need to say "your thread is terrible, but thankfully I fixed it with the help of a friend of mine, now use the thread that we made."

Roman I know it's a messy thread but it's the man's first thread if your just Gonna hate on someone's first thread at least make some good comments about it I already did, but that was before he went out of his way to count the A6 after I explicitly told him not to. I wouldn't call it hate either, as all I said were valid criticisms. Could I have phrased it better? Sure. But is it needless hate that serves no purpose? No. The thread definitely has some issues, the errors with pitching, alphabetization, too many bolds, are all fair. If there are serious issues just point them out with some examples, you don't need to say "your thread is terrible, but thankfully I fixed it with the help of a friend of mine, now use the thread that we made." Unless there's a good reason this can justify that he can control his voice up to the G# and in between. Then the note goes in the bin. I'll concede to the fact that I didn't know he was 15 years old and was needlessly harsh. But I still stand behind the core of what I said. (It also took me hours to fully redux the thread so cut me some slack here)

If the G# is good on its own merits then I think that's all there is to it. This singer just might not have utilized his super high range very much by choice. Granted, I haven't listened to his stuff really, so I could be completely off base. I respect the dedication to take the time to remake the thread, but at the same time, nobody asked you to, right? Please correct me if I'm wrong about that, but if I'm not wrong, then it just comes off a bit strange to put in all the work instead of just explaining a few of the issues.

I wouldn't count the A6 (it's brief and sounds inhaled to me), but I'd count the G#6 since is clearer and less brief than the A6. And I would say that the C6 should be blue. Just my opinion anyway.
