I think calling my thread that I worked hard on for hours “dogshit” is a bit harsh. But as for the pitching thing, I agree. I actually don’t have perfect pitch and I can’t buy actual notewatching software (if it even exists at all) so I use a tuner on my iPad to find the notes. It’s not great, but it’s the best I can do for the time being. At some point, I’d like to get better at this, but this is all I have for now. :)

You can use it for pitching notes. You just need to know what note each piano key corresponds to. For example, Middle C, the direct middle key, is a C4, and then you just follow the notes in order with the black Keys being the sharp and flat tones. Then you just hit the key you think is closest to the original note and go until you find the note that overlaps.

It can be a bit difficult at first, especially for briefer notes or ones that are live with a lot going on.

Actually, most of it is just really soft falsetto. I'll get around to changing it eventually.

I use this virtual piano. When you tap a note, it tells you exactly what note it is at the top (e.g. C4) , which I find helpful. If you tap 'letter notes', it will superimpose the note names straight onto the keys. The only downside is that if you try to split-screen, it gets a lot smaller.

Ok, that's fair. And also, my original thread kind of sucked. Overall, Roman's thread was a lot better than mine, and using his was probably for the best, but he definitely could have articulated his concerns a lot better and not have been so harsh.
