I'm not a sucker but "A Love Like You" by Freddie & The Dreamers is good enough for me. Any major doo wop group really, from 1958 to 1963.

it's not really pop music but he's very famous among musicians, Jacob Collier. Check out "in the bleak midwinter", "All Night Long" or "moon river"

For a more pontual moment here it is: It's a rather corny song and the lead vocals are rather bad, but when those Enya-like choirs kick in the chorus of this song it's so incredibly powerful, in my opinion. youtu.be/yKe3nHtEHjc?t=80Now for a piece as a whole: This song has probably my favorite vocal arrangement of all time. It's rather long but it's so incredible it's really worth listening to IMO. 4:30-5:18 is probably my favorite moment youtu.be/p9I1dJ8ZLrU?t=80

Not particularly "beauty" but I love this vocal harmony in Rush's "Armor and Sword":

www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Kd7LTcN4ZUI'm posting the edited version of the song because the original is 9 minutes long and there's some very weird stuff going on in the middle, but the harmony work during the softer parts of the song (which in this edit are everything but 2:25-3:40) is absolutely lovely

The Eagles, The Band, Queen, Alice in Chains, some of Avenged Sevenfolds stuff. Alice in Chains, yes! Loved that chemistry between those dudes. Two voices became unity upon their blend, indeed.

I'd say that this whole medley's some of their best work, but this last section's harmonies I love so much:
Even for Moya Brennan's high standards, the choruses here
Was actually thinking you'd mention some tunes by the Mamas and the Papas. Safe In My Garden, For The Love of Ivy and Mansions are absolutely heaven in terms of vocal harmonies. PS. Cass Elliott's thread of yours is one of my all time favourites 👌

Just to be that guy, I'm gonna put some modern classical. My first pick is John Rutter's, "Reqiuem", and it's honestly one of the most beautiful compositions ever made. I suggest listening to the whole album in one sitting for the best results. Here is a YouTube link to the Cambridge Singer's recordings of it with direction by John Rutter himself. The whole album is about 40 minutes long. www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLgjtEB9lhhDA6J8CDJOSIOFkG8zG8EgOQThere is also the case of Moses Hogan, who wrote some mind blowing arrangements that are very popular in choral circles. This is "Go Down Moses", which is chalk full of awesome harmonies. And here is the end of "Elijah Rock", that needs to introduction. I don't know if they fit your criteria of popular, but they were a thing when they came out.

Probably the most gorgeous song about data mining and digital privacy invasion I've ever heard.

I remember exactly the first time I heard this song, it was in 2001, I was 17 years old, when I bought a CD from A Day At The Races. This song closes the album and I remember that I cried in ecstasy at such beauty. Today, twenty years later, I still cry like it's the first time. This song for me, is the second most beautiful of Queen, because You Take My Breath Away is my favorite. Thee days I don't have so much time as I'm working on a project together with the guys from thewordpoint.com/services/certified/certified-transcript-translations . A Day At The Races, in my opinion, is the greatest work of art in music ever made. Btw, my grandfather was a huge Queen Fan. When he died we wanted this song to be one of his funeral songs, as it was one of his favorites.
