Hello! :) I really don't assume that someone's interested in it and I'd fully understand and respect, if no one wants to do it, as this singer is not extremely popular. It's really just a suggestion :) So, juuust in case some notewatcher is bored :) I'd be really interested in the vocal range if this guy here: Alexander Eder, 20 year old bass-baritone who became popular with The Voice of Germany. I subscribed to him a while ago and he just uploaded a new video on YT youtu.be/U8YGN1lt2OM...and I thought it would be interesting to have his range analysed/published. He's of course not a super star, but he's not completely unknown either. All of his Voice of Germany videos have several million views from all around the world. So he has more views and subscribers than some other singers that were notewatched recently (e.g. Piet Arion). And of Alexander there are at least live performances too that show that he can really sing in a live setting and with no digital tuning, and imo he has really good and easily notewatchable low notes bc he doesn't switch to fry or growl like many other singers with lower extensions do. ..and it would be a rather quick thread bc there are only 20 videos to notewatch. :) The videos on his own channel: www.youtube.com/channel/UCOObqrAV-pUty_fSGVh4XqwHis Voice of Germany performances: youtu.be/SkhDsf5dzfoyoutu.be/qc-L0b_TtKgyoutu.be/j_SDqPUpgjQAnd this interview a cappella video here: youtu.be/bztzKDkzPl8

Hello, I'd like to claim Steve Carell! I would probably check with themriron2 first to be safe as he had Carell's thread on The Range Place 3.

WOOP WOOP: Range Police Announcement! The Range Planet staff have been discussing things, and we've decided from here on in to make linking extremities on threads compulsory for all users. This has been something we've always considered (and something that has always been necessary for inclusion on the Pantheon), but we're just making compulsory now.
Our reasoning behind this is that it helps the staff to keep on top of which threads are Range Stuff-worthy, it helps us index our threads in the Pantheon and it avoids including questionable notes because the extremities are more likely to be checked directly if they're linked.
If you have your extremities already linked, you don't need to do anything. If you haven't, we'd ask that you do so ASAP if you want your threads to remain in or be moved to Range Stuff. If they're already there, don't worry, we won't move them back to WIP - we'll probably post on your thread at some point asking you to link extremities. If you then don't link them for some time, we might consider WIP-ing them.
That's all for now, happy notewatching folks! :P
