Bunch more suggestions: - Peter Sundell from Grand Illusion - confirmed C3-C6, amazing high notes. - Freddy Curci from Sheriff and Alias - he has an old range video from Jowox's channel in Timi's Dropbox, and his TRP2 thread had him listed for F♯2-C6, though I'm not sure how legit the lows are. - Benjamin Kowalewicz from Billy Talent - confirmed B♭2-A5, would be curious to see if anyone can find some more lows by him. - Lenny Wolf from Kingdom Come - has an old range video from 2010 in Timi's Dropbox folder, which I hear a legit A2-B5 in, though it's incorrectly listed for F♯2-C6. - Ski from Deadly Blessing and Obliterator - also has an old high notes video from Jowox's channel in Timi's Dropbox folder. Insane, Rob Halford-esque high notes up to D6 and even a short E♭6, and if I remember correctly he gets down to E2 in a cover of "Silent Lucidity". - Mike Tirelli from Burning Starr and Messiah's Kiss - another Jowox singer who has an old high notes video in Timi's Dropbox folder. Not really sure what his legit range is because his TRP2 thread was by a notoriously unreliable user, but I would estimate somewhere around B2-D6.

I could not find it here, so maybe Mark Tornillo from Accept could be a suggestion.

A bunch more: - Kong Tai - Chinese singer with a very extensive range, I remember him having somewhere around A1-A5 - Richie Sambora from Bon Jovi - also hadn't had a thread since TRP2, but he has a pretty good singing voice/range on his solo albums and some other projects. Timi's range video for him lists E♭2-C♯5 as his range, but his TRP2 thread says D2-F5; not sure which one is more accurate offhand. - James Christian from Kingdom Come - another one that had an old range video, sounds like he has F2-G5 I think? I seem to remember him having a possible E♭2, but that was about a decade ago and could've been long debunked by now. - Snowy Shaw - not very familiar with his music, but I remember his range being impressive. Don't know who, but somebody made a range video for him back in the day with B♭1-B♭5.

Dale Thompson would be a very interesting thread, but the man has a pretty massive discography live and in studio, if anyone's willing to collab on him, I'm up (or maybe I'll just eventually slowly make his thread myself)

Has there been a thread in the past or anything regarding Russell Mael of Sparks?

Hey everyone! I'm new.
I'm really interested in the vocal range and notes of Charlotte Day Wilson (appears to be a contralto but I'm not 100% sure) and Susanne Sundfor (nice soprano voice). Whilst I have an understanding, I don't actually know how to measure notes. Can someone advise on how it's done? Can it done via a programme or something? What I mean is, by listening alone I'm not able to go "That's a C5".
Please be kind, I'm a big music fan and a singer myself and I've been lurking here for a while viewing threads because often when I hear a certain song I like to check the notes and see how I do singing along. :)
Edit: I know what I'm doing now!
